(All days are Business Days – Monday through Friday)

Standard Repair
*serviced in order they are received*
Bench fee up-front - desktop $30, laptop $50
(as of Monday December 10th, 2007)

Bump Repair
Your machine will go to the bench as soon as one is finished
Bump fee - $75 up-front
(Standard bench fee $30 PLUS $45)

Priority Bump Repair
You machine goes on the bench NOW
Priority Bump fee - $105 up-front
(Standard bench fee $30 PLUS $75)

Special Order Parts
In order to repair your machine, we require all
special-order parts to be paid for prior to ordering.
They will be non-refundable.
